Seeking Advice on Emotional Healing

I've been going through a tough time lately, and I'm really struggling to find ways to heal emotionally. It feels like my heart is heavy, and I can't seem to shake off this sadness. I've tried talking to friends and family, but it hasn't provided much relief.
