Lost and Found, a poem

Imagine the beginning of it all,
Stars of God, bursting forth
Being the One forgetting the One,
Lost in human fear and found again in human tenderness,
Looking for something unknown yet known completely,
Stumbling into hope and faith and blind trust
That the exit door of entry
will open wide, and then
To cross its threshold
Of Self Revelation,
Oh the wild love of it all!
The forgetting, the longing, the remembering, and finally, the deep and glorious knowing ---
I am One,
Yes, I am One!

Cries of anguish are the awakening song of God;
knowing this to be so,
they are carried to heaven through love's dark sky;
you are this beauty of hell
transformed.

This group with HQ in England keeps the works of the Platonist Thomas Taylor, among others, alive. The also teach and write their own Platonic books.
