Automatic Writing

I just wanted to see if people use automatic writing to talk to spirit allies (like an angel, fairy, power animal etc) and if so what is your method.

Just thought Id see everyones experiences.

Yes! My friend introduced me to a beautiful and simple method with three steps.

The first step is to describe, just sort of give a context for why you're attempting to make the communication, what's been happening, what you're feeling, and so on.

The second step is to ask, for guidance or intervention or whatever you're interested in receiving.

The third step is to commune, which for me means really envisioning the energy I'm addressing and hearing its voice, and then writing down whatever it's saying without breaks.

I've only done it a few times but it's been quite enlightening! I think it's a great way to gain insights and invoke grace ;)
