Hello
Hello guys and gals, I am new to the site, I'm sort of new to spirituality, but I recently got into because I want to try it out. I want to astral project, lucid dream, have my third eye opened, Expand my consciousness and awareness, be in contact with my higher self, connecting with my spirit guides.. I had someone do a reading of my chakras and said they are all opened, but blocked, and two of them needs a cleansing. I want to unblock them all. I want to explore the astral realm, Yes, I know the dangers of astral projection, I'm not afraid of the dangers. The thing is I want to do all of it, but I don't know where to start....Any ideas?? I'm opened to suggestions.

start with your physical self (aka your heart), everything else will fall into place. But be careful It's easy to get smothered by others thoughts and opinions. You want to keep your heart your own.
