So, when you astral project, you can visit anywhere you want. Say if I want to visit the Inner Earth or also known as Hollow Earth. I can do that? If I can, that would be so cool. I heard some pretty interesting stories of the Inner Earth one story I found really interesting is*deleted* found Inner Earth and a civilization living inside Earth's surface.

We have multiple energy bodies, across all of the different layers of dimensions, until the source dimension where there is no form.

You can astral project multiple times. Going lighter, and lighter.

This knowledge is important to understand because, in the "afterlife", people cluster together in "consensus realities" thinking that they are in heaven with similar "earth-like" environments - But they miss the whole point of going into the lighter layer of dimension upon the same space they are in. They get spiritually stuck there, thinking that that's all there is to it.
