Hello! Returning After Long Absence

Hello Friends!

I'm a long-time member that has not posted for a long while. I was previously registered under the name EarthMamma.

It warms my heart to see several members I recognize from those days, so I'm feeling extra excited to be back on the forums. :)

Here's my (re)intro..

It was about 14 years ago when I started awakening & first came upon SF.

I posted quite a bit, spending most of my time in the Spiritual Development forum trying to learn about the synchronicities I was experiencing in my life, and then down into the rabbit hole I went!

My journey has been a kind of roller-coaster. It was very exciting at first as I was learning about what I was experiencing and what it all meant.

Then, at about the mid-way point in my journey, spirit had a way of guiding me to break with my fascination of all things spirtual, and focus on the more urgent earthly issue of addressing a toxic marriage. It took a good five years or so for me to understand this relationship was not fixable or deserved, and that I had to find the courage in me to leave, which I did.

It has now been a couple years since I left. No longer having this energy drain and having time to heal has allowed me to open to spirit again and start manifesting some wonderful changes and experiences in my life.

Lately I've been feeling drawn to work on my clairs as well as my connection to spirit so that I can connect people with their loved ones who have passed. This desire originates and is fueled by the death of two cousins of mine who passed at very young ages and seeing the grief and guilt their parents experienced as a result, so, you will probably find me over in the Mediumship forum quite a bit.

I'm not sure where this path will lead but it is wonderful to be on the forums again. I really look forward to reading, posting and engaging.

I think I remember your earlier username.

It's good that you focused on the things of earth life and got your life back on an even keel. I wonder how many realise they're not at the beck-and-call of their discarnate contacts. Life should be a beneficial balance of working for the spirit and getting on with life as an incarnate.

I'm glad to hear you're doing so much better now and beginning to engage with your friends in spirit who are wanting to help their loved ones incarnate. The role of a medium.
