....Thank you both...LINEN.. and ANALA for explaining the corn dogs !!!! I seriously did not expect them to be in batter !!.... Guessing they might be a bit like the battered sauages we can buy in our fish and chip shops , just a slightly different sausage.... But they sound yummy... After Christmas i might go all "American" and have a go at making them.... Will let you know how it goes !!!

tofu dip and red hot chips
take firm tofu and squeeze it silly with both hands
add mayo, ketchup, and franks hot sauce
mix good
eat with the hot blue corn chips
follow it up with almond milk eggnog
twas my dinner the night before the night before xmas

Hubby will have leftover pizza and a salad (he went to a potluck today) and I will have leftover fried pork chop, mashed potatoes and a salad.

Roasted chicken and veggies! So many leftovers, we will have stew with dumplings.  |
