Last night we had some leftover smoked brisket I smoked last summer. It was so good. Tonight we will have leftover Thanksgiving turkey, dressing, gravy.

I had left overs what I thought was too afraid weeks ago I force them to 3 weeks ago in the freezer

Last night we had grilled steaks, baked potatoes and a green salald.
Tonight we have to eat up leftover spaghetti and turkey and gravy.
Tomorrow night will be bbq chicken wings
Tues night will be french dip sandwiches
I love it when I have a plan!

I had some pasta to use up (sell by date) so made venison meatballs with fried off onions, celery and carrots, red chilli, halved brussel sprouts, organic tinned butter beans and some beef stock with tinned ratatouille.

Turkey meat loaf to put into an American version of a Shepard’s pie.
Strawberry chiffon pie with shortbread crust. (Splurged, and used organic strawberries and soy cream. Crossing my fingers it all sets up nicely! Spring time in a spring form! |
