Yup, lots of interesting mounds and structures and most artifact are locked away in museum basements or ravaged of their materials.
That vid. took me back to around where I grew up, and down some familiar places Ive been. Not the Mounds necessarily but the some of the areas.

Very good talk on the Mounds.
My Father found an obscure paragraph of a college study done in our local area where I grew up N.E. Ohio.
It talked of bones dug up from a high fort or rampart like feature with steep protection on 3 sides and only one exit and entrance route.
It also gave some landmark info, so went to see if we could find it.We did.
It was reported to have skeletons from a large Native people of between 8 and 10 feet tall.(If I remember correctly.)

I just found that from an obscure website and that is the first I seen it.
They did word it weirdly with the phrase "Celtic Chieftain sway".
Maybe sway has to do with the way the Spirit travels...Or beer in the afterlife

The Swan is new to me.
I swear I seen something with the Druids/Celts and the World Tree or World pole(Milky Way)
and the Swan(Cygnus) leading the way in the constellations when they rise at a certain time of year.(Winter Solstice????)
I believe they had the serpent mentioned too.
I will have to see if I can find that vid. again.

I have heard Native elders speak of the Milky Way being the Spirit Path(Afterlife) and some Goose teachings not Swan.
The Redroad being the Spirit Path traveling from South to North in Life with an East, West sway or distraction leading to duality.

I think your right about the Triangle/Pyramid being connected with the Swan in the constellations.
I keep seeing it mentioned.

Certainly opened my eyes wide. Just amazing! - the culture which existed prior to European arrivals …

I had seen a Spanish website of the Ice Age cave paintings in Spain, where Cygnus holding utmost importance of those times had been depicted, so I thought ‘our’ Swan Cult had come with our ancestors from there.
(Since then I haven’t been able to find the site).
But now it looks like the “Swan Cult” came from our North Eurasian side.

Been SO excited about this, because Collins is making right connections imo. – trust you ImthatIm to find links!

Finns have been making their interpretations of ‘our stuff’, but because they are so Indo-Europeanised now (especially the West-Finns), they see everything through that cultural lens, which has made me quite mad at times because it, in effect, denies ‘us’ our identity and (spiritual etc.) culture. Plus they cannot really identify with “Siberian”, though I can't blame them since they only have 1-5%. of it in their dna.

You remember this pic. No?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haplog..._N_lineage.png

^ Actually, those black arrows should start from Altai-Sayan Mountains as that is the place where our North Eurasian male line mutations started.

Of our Uralic language and dna relatives, the modern Selkups I think, have the highest Amerind and Denisovan dna %s left.
This girl is a Selkup I think:

And here is where they live, close to Khanty & Mansi (remember them?)

& back to Collins 16:44 – 24:00:

Collins matched that pole to right people, but what he doesn’t seem to know & I imagine I do – is that the 8 faced one is the person who has ascended all the 7 levels ... through the 7 holes on that vertical Upper World path of the World Pole (Axis Mundi) and reached the ultimate – the 'Pole Star level of awareness' - which used to be Deneb in Cygnus constellation.
(We also erected poles in our neck of the woods).

Earlier I posted a YouTube link to Scythians.
The artwork looked quite Celtic and allegedly there was a “transmission of Scythian art into the Celtic World” when those two groups came against each other.
This caught my eye:
https://theidlewoman.files.wordpress...2&h=297&zoom=2

Here the HU band member talks about his musical instrument the Morin Khuur and from 11:57 about the Xiongnu, Hunnu, Hun Empire symbols …..
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hHn-aBGEa0I

Xiongnu apparently was a motley crew of Chinese, Mongols, Turks, Tatars and Siberians in its time.

Following those Hunnu Empire symbols and connections might bring out something about the ‘sacredness’ of horse and metals etc.

I know you have and I feel like I am being left behind a bit.
I got hit in the Heart recently with a family death and this one struck me with a great sadness.
Being she was so young and talented and the death is a tragedy.
So I am here just kind of off on different tangents of grief.

Sorry to hear about your sorrows ImthatIm.

Thought to link a piece of music here, but then again – only you can recognize the reflection of or the resonance with your (your family's or your community’s) deep inner feelings at this time …

So I did not come up with any Deneb or Cygnus links other than this hebrew bit of writings that gives an alternative name Tes-ark:

.20 CYGNUS (The Swan)
Quote:
This constellation repeats, emphasises, and affirms this
glorious truth. It has to do with the Great Blesser and His
speedy return, as is testified by all the ancient names
connected with it.
In the Denderah Zodiac it is named Tes-ark, which means this
from afar.
The whole quote is .20 at the bottom of this link page.
https://levendwater.org/books/witness/chap22.htm

Also while searching I did find this...No Deneb or Cygnus but still very cool.
From Caves to Cosmos - Native America | PBS (Episode 1) length 45:50
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZSUxrTSZUk

So since this is episode (1) I imagine there is a episode 2 if you likey.

That's funny because she was a musician/singer and I have been listening to her songs she wrote and performed.
So here is one of her songs she performed, she was 23 yrs. old when she died and about 15 when she recorded this song..It is sad.

But it was there already ..
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AxZ8cgoqtsg

32:50 – 33:43 and then

1:07:00 onwards

@ 1:10:28 they show the copper ornament – it has the hand, then the v shape, then if you look really closely it has got a triangle (with a hole like “light” in the middle) in the middle of the 4 holes – (as if it was a swastika) ….
This is absolutely fascinating …

I just couldn't find Celtic associations ....
