The Hebrew term 'ben'?

The Hebrew term 'ben' means son. male descendant or adopted sons, but the appellation 'ben' is also given to the daughters of a sonless father, which daughter would be the progenitor of the male descendants of her father,

It was the custom in those days for the daughters of a sonless father to marry their cousin or second cousin, in order to bear male descendants to carry on their father’s name.

Four women in the scriptures who have been given the appellation 'ben', are Hushim ben Dan, who married the Benjaminite 'Shaharaim' to who she bore two sons 'Abitub' through who the tribe of Dan is counted, and 'Elpaal' an ancestor of Saul the Benjaminite king of Israel who stood a head taller than any other Israelite: see 1 Samuel 9:2.

The other three are Shelomith, GNB 1 Chronicles, 23: 18, reads; Kohath's second son, Izhar, ‘had a SON,’ Shelomith, the head of the clan. Hebrew bible, 1 Chronicles 23: 18; The sons of Izhar: Shelomith the chief. Both the Christian and Hebrew bibles refer to ‘Shelomith’ as the ‘SON’ of Izhar, and father of Korah.

Shelomith, the daughter of the sonless Izhar, was the progenitor of the male descendants of her father, but she was not ‘HIS SON.’

Then there is Abihail, the mother of Esther, who is also given the appellation ’ben,’ as seen in Esther 2: 15; where she is erroneously said to be the uncle of Mordecai.

Then there is Marsha the daughter of the sonless Hebron. Mesha the grandson of Hezron, united with Marsha the grand-daughter of Kohath, to bear the male descendants for Hebron.

KJV and the Hebrew bible both have 1 Chronicles 2: 42-43, as; “And the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerahmeel were Mesha his first-born, who was the father of Ziph ‘AND’ the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron”.

But scriptually, Mareshah cannot be the father of Hebron, who is the son of Kohath. So, Caleb’s son Mesha the cousin of Marsha the daughter of Hebron, is the father of her sons.

The KJV, 1 Chronicles 2: 42-43; Should now read; “And the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerahmeel were Mesha his first-born, who was the father of Ziph, ‘AND’ father of the sons of Mareshah, who was the progenitor/source of her father’s male descendants, which male descendants of Hebron [Through his daughter Marsha] were Korah, and Tappuah, and Rekem, and Shema.

Can anyone here identify any other women, who were the source of their sonless father's male descendants?

Peace.
