God loves us, so He split Himself in two
Motionless as space, kinetic as time
Shiva and Shakti; truth known to but few
As the word of God - Om sounded life's chime

God's vibration caused a ripple effect
Sacred geometry came into play
Made in God's image, we're free from defect
Provided our soul makes love its mainstay

Just as God is, we too are living light
But it's a truth we do not recognise
We descend on earth to garner clear sight
That like sages of old, we become wise

Earth life is harsh; for now, we must endure
Our ascent is assured, if heart be pure

Part-2 Lower mind

Our ascent is assured, if heart be pure
As a child we're free, from fetters of mind
But ego cravings makes our heart unsure
And we're soon gripped in its relentless bind

We flit about from desire to desire
Our quest of course is joy that does not end
Reaching exhaustion, we finally tire
To enigmatic space, our will we bend

Ceasing striving, we meld head with our heart
The voice of conscience becomes our true guide
With each breath intake, we make a fresh start
Feeling bliss magnetism throb deep inside

The serpent rises; there's no stopping Her
Chakras up to navel, begin to whir

Part-3 Higher mind

Chakras up to navel, begin to whir
They're the earth, water and fire attribute
Our heart urges that with love we concur
Renouncing fear, remaining resolute

In time, our throat tingles and crown pulsates
Kundalini pierces chakras seven
We feel sublime joy that never abates
Divine Mother takes us straight to heaven

Space flickers, igniting our palms and feet
We're transfixed in boundless bliss elation
In energised silence, we feel upbeat
It is a divine entwined flirtation

Wisdom downloads follow, when we are still

Part-4 The dark void

We do nothing, save surrendering will
Divine Mother moves within, as She likes
Dark voids within form soon begin to fill
Rapture heightens whenever bliss throb spikes

A day comes when our fontanel is pierced
We employ free will, agreeing to die
It's a happenstance that is unrehearsed
Then into the dark void, we wingless fly

We behold the voice of God, loud and clear
He shares deep truths in words loving and kind
We sense Him near but He does not appear
Perhaps it's because, we are as yet blind

Repeated immersions put us at ease
We begin to flow like the morning breeze

Part-5 Polarity balance

We begin to flow like the morning breeze
What we know is something no book can teach
The flow of life we embrace and release
All is within hermit, within our reach

Male and female hormones within us mix
It’s both disconcerting and unnerving
We resist, fearing ethereal tricks
But our spirit guide says, we're deserving

Energies balanced, we shift to the head
It's Hirayangarbha, cosmic ovoid
By the voice of our guide, we're inward led
For we're no longer by ego decoyed

Pardon us dear reader, for our diction
We know that the truth's stranger than fiction

Part-6 Divine union

We know that the truth's stranger than fiction
Cosmic egg splits, Shiva-Shakti emerge
It is grace of course, God's benediction
They descend to heart and we feel bliss surge

Our central vein, Sushumna's ignited
Each node within form dances with delight
Soul's ascent is gently expedited
Bliss pulsates within by day and by night

We remain in all-time meditation
Moment by moment, we slowly transform
An ever present orientation
We surrender to this benign bliss storm

Teleported to heaven's zenith height
In timeless time we become living light

Part-7 Ego death

In timeless time we become living light
God forgives karmic sins and we sail on
He bestows upon us spherical sight
Ego dies and we become the twice born

Upon ego death, its cravings too cease
We find Self in a singularity
As living light, we're complete and at peace
We see this truth with utmost clarity

With freedom absolute, we yet return
For there still remains, soul work to be done
Plunging Self in fire, we willingly burn
It matters not now, God and Self are one

Life's like a dream, beauteous is each hue

Crown of Sonnets

During meditation, my body shakes sometimes through kundalini and the feeling of oneness with the universe is the highest experience I had. Not only that, but it seems my ability to nourisch my body with prana is growing. Will this lead to "breatharianism"? When I'm fasting for more than 20 hours, I lose my weight very slowly instead of quickly, and as an underweight person, this makes me feel great because this allows me to detox my body much more effectively, without having to worry about losing too much weight.

@ #966 ~ I don’t know about attempting to be a breatharian, seems unnatural, hazardous even. Yogananda has written about a saint who did not eat, in his book, ‘Autobiography of a Yogi’. Even if it is possible, say, as a Siddhi (boon), let it arise spontaneously.

Body shaking is natural in kundalini activation. Look at it as an energy transfer from the universe. If disconcerting, it slows down on a mere request.

As we progress along, in direct experience of the kundalini, what manifests within body sequentially in as I can sum up as a quick recap, is:

1. Magnetism arising from a centreless fulcrum within
2. Heat or let us say, energy intensifying (Note: at any stage, we can request the universe to slow down, which it then does but in hindsight, it’s best to surrender and accept without resistance)
3. Kundalini ascent in a single swoosh from root to crown, where we are presented a choice ~ if we wish to pass through the fontanel, through a small orifice in it, we must dissolve (die) in the stream of liquified energy
4. Piercing the crown/fontanel, we see a multi petalled purple flower and go into the inky black void, which is alive and we can communicate therein, all questions are answered
5. Several void experiences repeat. Disconcertment disappears
6. We invite the totality of what is, inside us, inside this body.
7. Hirayangarbha, the cosmic egg, in head ovoid splits. The one becomes two, polarised as Shiva and Shakti. They both descend via a conduit (Amrit nadi) to the heart centre. Union results in an explosion of bliss. The central vein, Sushumna is illumined with bliss in permanence, becoming an embodiment of being, just like our breath.
8. At some stage, the energy rises again but not via Sushumna, which is a vertical funnel. This time, it takes a serpentine path via different chakras. The feeling is literally like a snake moving within us, upward. It enters physical eyes and converges between eyebrows. From there, the conjoined energies trickle upward through a fine capillary which connects to the fontanel.
9. As we amble along, with several wisdom downloads and visual experiences thrown in here and there, at some stage karma (cause & effect) needs to be addressed. We are asked what we wish to do. Essentially, they relate to imbalances created by us in ignorance but well, they are there, here. Depending upon our response (I’ll prefer not to share mine), karma is dissolved. Here, it is clarified that there are three types of karma ~ 1) accumulated over past lives 2) what we agree at soul level to address in this life and 3) new karma generated in thus life. 1 & 3 are erased but 2 cannot be, we need to go through it. Why? Because it has already been impulsed in linear time, in other words, all we are experiencing has already happened but that’s another debate.
10. We enter a realm where a gatekeeper of lower realms offers Siddhis (powers, boons) requiring indulgence in different realms. If we decline, we ‘progress’.
11. Our spine is re-energised. This time the power is thunderous and somewhat violent, involving involuntary shaking of head but we can ask Divine Mother* (*communication is possible) to gentle the initiation. An energy transfer takes place. The entire spine, beyond medulla, Bindu point and crown, then dipping over guru chakra to third eye becomes a seamless energy implant of sorts.
12. Along with all this, either before or later, we may ‘see’ ego or identity simply fall off, we actually see it fall off, just as a dead leaf falls off a tree. Then all that is, in a singularity is light of Self, soft white yet bright, renewing itself within itself, in time and space dissolved ineffable peace, without attribute, with unbounded freedom but yet with no urge to act since it is, as it is, complete. This is different from any previous samadhi experience since samadhi is passive* (we become the flame) and this is active (we are alive as the flame).
13. As a brief interlude, going back, at some stage we may notice a flicker in space, coinciding instantly with activation of palms and soles of feet.
14. Moving on, the embodied energy over back, that is from spine to crown, which dips over front of body to third eye, begins to extend slowly, creeping along the nose, lips, chin, neck, heart, navel, right down, sort of looping our form, dividing it into two vertical halves, represented in scriptures as Ardhnarishwara.

This process started in 2018, maybe I’ve missed out on some details. I’ve not put in interpretations, rather stated what occurs, or occurred in my case. So much for now. The future awaits.

Chakra or wheel, rotates with God’s power
and thus was energised a hidden node,
between medulla and bindu, shower
of grace inaugurated its abode.

We validate truth for others who seek,
for it’s a lonely path we walk upon,
in elixir supreme, dipping our beak,
with each life breath, ushering a new dawn.

The happenstance struck, in our waking state,
so in our narration, there’s no error,
more so since the bliss spin did not abate,
God’s love and light being the torch bearer.

In truth each pore of form is living light ~
God Himself steers our path, so it’s alright

In as felt and so known, the breath of God
rises from root to crown, in a straight line;
the central axis in mind-body pod,
having nothing at all to do with spine,
although later, when supple spine has thawed,
it plays its role as energies align,
looping form vertically to divide,
male and female aspects hiding inside.

Thus the Sushumna or staff of power,
propels the kundalini straight to source,
pulled by God, who Himself does empower
ascent of our soul without use of force,
feeling blissful in a divine shower,
chartering thus breath by breath, its life course.
Our view from scriptures may be contrary
but having walked the path, we’re not wary.

Ottava Rima

In early days on the spiritual journey, what we read in the scriptures of Tantra essentially pointed out to three or trika as:

1. Para or highest, Shiva or we may say, motionless energy potential, singularity
2. Para para or intermediate as Shakti or kinetic energy, all that moves
3. Apara or lowest, the awareness of Jiva, us, this limited earth bound entity

Now, the question is, why do we need Shakti or kundalini as the intermediate, when the goal is Shiva? Why not enter silence in meditation and contemplate on God absolute alone?

We are in duality, Shiva is in singularity and Shakti is both transcendent and immanent and thus the connector between the two realms.
