POSTING THIS UNDER YOGA AS THE ACTUAL THREAD I STARTED IN THE "BUDDHISM FORUM" ... AS I MENTION IN THAT THREAD THE STORY IS THE DALAI LAMA SAT WITH HIS BEST OLD FRIEND WHO LAY ON HIS DEATH BED AND THE DALAI LAMA DID THIS MANTRA FOR HOURS TILL HIS FRIEND HAD PASSED...
THIS LINK IS WONDERFUL TO USE AS A FORM OF YOGA-NIDRA AND GIVES GOOSE BUMPS AND IN THE SPIRIT OF PASSING ON OF MESSAGES ETC I HUNTED FOR A LINK FOR YOU ALL AS I ACTUALLY HAVE THE CD AND PLAY IT AND PLAY IT OVER AND OVER ...

Thank you for posting this, I enjoyed listening to it, I tried to download it as well but it isnt working I will try again and see if I can get it to play

It worked that second time :) I have been listening to it every night while doing yoga or meditating, and it really seems to help. Thank you so much again
