I would love to find a good kundalini yoga class. It's amazing how different you feel when you start going. Last year I went to a course of classes at the Buddhist Centre in my city. It was fantastic, I learned so much. Including superb Indian cooking tips
I always sit on the floor at home, as oppposed to sitting on the couch, because then you can always practise stretching or find a good posture. I guess that's more of an ingrained habit learned from when I was a kid. I sometimes have Yoga inspired desktops or pictures around, because that keeps you mindful and motivated, it reminds your subconscious about yoga.
