Can't stay awake during the day but can stay awake all night.

Anyone got some remedy?

Self-hypnosis, lifestyle changes, will.

Excepting the case you have a health condition, it means that deeply inside you don't consider that it is better for you to sleep at night and be awake during the day, and a habit formed.

Idk. My patterns change. Often with my environment. I am kind of indifferent as to when I sleep and awake. Only time I feel it is important is when I have to get things done during the day hours. I am sure all those things can help. certainly if I physically wore myself out it would help me rest. And having my mind in the right state helps also. But some times I can be physically exhausted and not sleep. But perhaps there is a formula in there someplace.

Based on your reply, you seem to be focused on reacting to stimuli, instead of focusing on what you want: "kind of indifferent as to when", "when I have to get", " if I physically wore myself out", " having my mind in the right state".

So, when you want something, your subconscious isn't taking you seriously.

In some ways I do react to stimuli but in other ways I just observe the stimuli. There is no doubt that those stimuli are there for a reason. If only to understand what I truly desire. However even when I direct my focus on what I want it doesn't seem to manifest. I believe it is taking me seriously but also teaching me along the way. There are always conflicts in our Belief systems at some points. In one sense the heart wants what the heart wants but is not not willing to compromise other beliefs or rules to get it. Thus in certain situations it can't manifest. Without changing my own rule set.
