The seen
The unseen
In enchanting alignment
In form
Without form
Is blissful completeness
In ineffable oneness

Embrace intuitive expansion
Awareness in, as & one ...
With oneness
Within form we align ...
In sync with the divine
The resonance ...
Rooted in innocence
Magnifies to proportions ...
Of limitless oceans
All within ...
As we anew begin
In timeless time ...
Sounding the soundless chime
Effortlessly ...
Endlessly
A continuum of be-ness ...
Within staid stillness

Resonation

Heartbeat pulsating
Movement enchanting
Rhythmic
Beatific

While sleeping
Our breathing
Rhythmic
Beatific

Where is the doer
In this doing?
Where is the mover
In this moving?
The perfection ...
Rhythmic
Beatific

Thought ...
Defining ... Limiting ...
Consciousness
Chaotic
Dyslexic

Thought origin
Is not virgin
Although such an illusion
Makes us delusional
Scientific
Egoic

The thought source
Of sorrow or elation
Is the vibration
With which we resonate
Precipitate
Contraction
Or expansion

And so
Now that we know
We find that habits don’t change
We remain deranged
Out of tune
The gift of life inopportune

All we need to do is
Shake
Awake
Ego forsake
Resonate
With the oneness
In a continuum of be-ness

Within staid stillness

Say it like it is!

In as being
In as flowing
Without resistance
So ... as such
Unseeking
Unexpectant
Unhurried
In effect
Doing nothing
But awake &
Present
In deep stillness
Deep, deep stillness
With divine assistance
One with the oneness
Oneness absolute
Pure limitless awareness
Which we too are
Indivisibly
Totally
Completely
And yet in form
Which is also
Integral to the oneness
As is everything
So in form ...
We cognise
The grid lines
Within
Which as yet
In as far as
Conscious recognition goes
As of present awakening
Apart from the seven
Main chakras
Of which theory abounds
And which may be affirmed
As valid
All interconnected
There are several other grid lines
Finger tips to palm
Mirrored at the feet
And shoulder ends
Horizontally connected
All in sync
With each other
And the singular awareness
Of formless oneness
That is the all
Which we are!
These physical sensations
Manifest subtle revelations
Ineffable
There is more ...
Much more ...
Than we know
Than we can imagine
From the fulcrum
Of consciousness in form
And so ...
Knowing that we know not
The entirety
While in form
Though not only cognising
But becoming
Absolute awareness ourselves
The whole totality
Indisputably
When without form
When in meditational stillness!
So, in form ...
Now that we are here
Let us sit back
And enjoy the ride
As it unfolds
Automatically

Blink and we miss it!
The continuum of awareness
Where linear time disappears
In rippleless attention
Our presence detects ...

What is stillness?

A continuum
Of calm
A wellness
Completeness
Be-ness
Oneness
Centred
Within
Devoid of egoic thought
Which means
All fragmented thought
That limits
Contracts
Consciousness

What remains?
There is no answer
Because
If we can think the thought
That defines
And thereby limits
It is not That
Let us call it ...
Intuitive indivisible thought
Or effortless attention
Unexpectant
Agendaless
Childlike
Just formless presence

The secret desire

In a continuum of deep staid stillness
Blessed with centred completeness
Having cognised the truth of oneness
In its entirety, a perfect harmoniousness
With all nodes within us synchronous
An ineffable ecstatic beauteousness ...
Pinnacle of joyousness
Yet our such peaked unified cognisance
Is soon replaced by cognitive dissonance
Even though we have an inner calmness
We do seek that our state of be-ness ...
Our divine entwined inner wellness
Attains an unshakable permanence
In enchanting, undying resonance
Our childlike desire being in innocence
To be, as we are, the That awareness
Through all domains as an absoluteness
In a continuum of everlasting stillness

Slow heat

The exalted energy does greet
With slow heat
Transforming our delinquency
To imbibe the higher frequency

Imagine spherical energy bands
Concentric layered waves ineffably grand
Radiating inside out piercing egoic resistance
We witness thus the grace of divine assistance

Our consciousness
Is pure awareness
Asleep and so to awake
All it needs is a little shake

Awareness is the reality of singularity
Of our awakening from the dream of duality
In a manner where we see the transition
Slow heat enables our consciousness ascension

Who is doing
The doing
We appear
To be doing?

Who is singing
The song
We appear
To be singing?

What is the source
Of thought
We appear
To be thinking?

Inhabiting the bubble of illusion
We are deluded
Into egoically believing
That we are the doer

The fact is, at any moment
We merely resonate
At the frequency
Where our attention is at

This bubble of illusion
Bursts noiselessly
When we directly see
Through the single eye
