Body bondage, bane becomes boon
In slowed down vibrations we swoon
A realm to hold still awareness
That love’s embrace, may heart cocoon

We begin with separateness
Next step interconnectedness
Compassion then makes our soul pure
Transcending to the That oneness

The journey’s long, since we’re unsure
Many a hardship we endure
We look outwards, everything sized
World of illusions holds allure

Desires approach, ego disguised
We act not as conscience advised
No wonder we sink into gloom
Remaining thus, until baptised

Turning to God, we give love room
Heart heals and we begin to zoom
Darkness instantly yields to light
Enabling bliss throbs to resume

Once we obtain spherical sight
Ensconced in rapture, day and night
Flame of awareness flicker free
Joy of freedom, our soul’s delight

Flowing in vibrancy needs no effort,
in view of absence of ego craving,
simply being innate aliveness spurt,
wherein we are in stillness observing
waxing and waning of moon orbiting,
attempting not change of life as it flows,
save resonating with bliss throbs mellow,
recognising alignment uplifts soul,
infusing in heart, a radiant glow,
tranquil, blissful presence, making us whole.

Oh, how long will we measure loss and gain
Walking the tightrope, as our ego leers
Joyous in sunshine, sorrowful in rain
We cry for help but it seems no one hears
Seeking touch divine, that endlessly cheers
Shift to an open heart and unclenched fist
It’s then that we break through divine frontiers

Erst fears and desires, whence all to rest lain
Boundless bliss fills us, as God’s presence nears
Again pure like a child, we’re free from stain
Transfixed in joy that each pore of form spears
Magnetic current that grips and endears
At each step, caress divine does assist

Centred presence, vibrant, aglow
Blissful awareness, thought flow slow
Doing nothing, celebrates life
Oozing love, joyous heart mellow

Nonchalant life view, free from strife
Purring magnetism within rife

Teleported to zenith height
We be to become, living light
All enabled by surrender

Desire innate, seeking its renewal

Mind-body limited, feels incomplete

Our soul slowly heals and we become whole

What drives us, is need to feel joy again
So we journey within, into our heart
Cleansing our soul from erst ego borne stains
Blissful ignition each moment restarts

As soul in human form, why are we here
Freedom an illusion, for we are bound
Compelling ego spawned desires spawn fear
We know not how joy in permanence found
Striving and struggling to retain our ground
Desires lure, this life becomes a rat race
Methinks the path we’ve taken is unsound
Let’s ready ourself, to receive God’s grace

In thought rested stillness, bliss throbs endear
Whence playful in childhood, joy did abound
Love the compass, that did our choices steer
We’ve fallen yet may rise on the rebound
Distanced from narrowness, that does confound
Knowing that life’s not a puzzle to lace
Negating lust, running ego aground
Let’s ready ourself, to receive God’s grace

Celebrating each breath, full of good cheer
We hark to cadence of the unstruck sound
Releasing in the void, all we hold dear
Head-heart melded, in stream of love are drowned
Save essence of presence, no one’s around
Heart sanctum God’s abode, the holy place
We hear within, divine Ohm pulse resound
