Assimilation

The arduous learning
From life’s churning
Is perceptional
Somewhat judgmental
If our consciousness fulcrum
Is not central
Which is why we need to repeat
Life lessons until we complete
It’s total assimilation
With resonation
Central
In sync with the eternal
In staid stillness
As a nonchalant witness

Joyously surprised

Having seen
Been
One with Oneness supreme
In waking, not a dream
There remains no doer
And thereby no seeker
No agenda remains
Heart joyously acclaims
As the divine energy within
Dances to the That rhythm
Notes, both high & low
Are welcome surprises on show
Offerings unthinkingly embraced
As Universe bestowed, we are graced
Movement within the continuum slow
It’s assimilation making us aglow
Resonating loving innocence
In permanence
No hesitation in receiving
The divine outpouring
No hesitation in sharing
With souls seeking pairing
From any coordinate
With which we resonate
Erstwhile consciousness
Now pure awareness
When one with Oneness
In unfettered be-ness
Inner nodes synchronicity
As One with divinity
Though cognition is as yet in glimpses
No contractions remain that winces
Our non-self presence
In the continuum of staid stillness

The plateau

The high vibrational resonance
In the sea of supreme Oneness
Raises body consciousness frequency
To never imagined fiery potency

As the magnitude of magnetism rises
Some bodily discomfort arises
So we step back a little for assimilation
To allow body time for acclimatisation

Upon resuming
Meditational musing
We may then find
Our frequency declined

We would do well to be reassured & remember
As Rip Van Winkle did upon awaking from slumber
It matters not if we are inept
The divine itself takes over from where it had left

During meditation, we are still
Still meaning egoic will
If that be so, what matters the plateau momentary
If there is no seeker, who is in a hurry?

Source of thought

Thought ... any
Morose or funny
Sublime or coarse
What is its source?
Our desire, our inclination ...
Consciousness orientation
Draws in the vibration
As of our resonation
Manifested in us, our form, as thought
Which we believe as self created, self taught
This illusion
Our delusion
So, thought is preceded by our desirous choice
Yet who within us chooses the words we voice?
The desire we harbour is with a view to ...
Happiness & expansive joy, each moment renewed
Our senses being externalised, we go there first
In the domain ephemeral, attempt to quench our thirst
But the duality is cyclic
The attainments we pick
May or may not be gained but are always lost
Thoughts, now in control, make us aghast
One day, some day, today! We choose to pause ...
The cause ...
Of thought
Being, in case we forgot ...
Desire in the external, to seek joy
But captive to egoic thought ploy
We suffer
So what else is there on offer?
Paradoxically, thought bane becomes boon
Instead of looking at the finger, it beholds the moon
Intuitively
Meditatively
With desire gone, attachments gone, ego-self disappears
Non-self presence, poised, alert, in innocence, appears
Of course the pendulum of consciousness still swings
External to internal, internal to external, crutches to wings
Yet, as we gradually gravitate to our centre
The divine energy automatically does enter
Energising the void within
Bliss unending
Thought then, devoid of desire, is free will
To hold consciousness still
And embrace
Face to face
The That Oneness
In meditational stillness

Dissolve to evolve

Resting the external component of body consciousness
Meaning the bereavement of fragmented thought & senses
Manifests non-self presence
Imbibing the exalted divine essence
Intuitively
Meditatively
Without any doer attempting its biscection
Fragmentation
Which may not be
If we would cognise the totality
Of Oneness
Within which dissolves our non-self Presence
Dissolved, yet in as ordained, distinct
As Oneness with all contractions extinct
Our domain boundaryless
Our reach limitless
Which is, as we were, as we are, when we are not
The ‘not’ meaning egoic-separateness thought

Be to become, one with Oneness
In meditational stillness

Stillness within & without form

Consciousness core still
As of non-self will
Brought about by meditation
Such an orientation
Upon dissolving self in the stream
Supreme
Within form, without form
Heart aglow & warm
Body nodes within align
In sync with the dance divine

So far so good
The experience understood
The self however re-emerges
But with accompanying subtle surges
Which dynamically does it centre
In resonance with the divine canter
And so self & non-self merge as one
In timeless time; the transformation done
Self having little or no egoic resistance
As always, with divine assistance

The gross domain external
And the subtle realm internal
Become one with the Oneness
As cognised in all time meditational stillness
Cognised by the self-consciousness
And non-self awareness
As one, having merged in form, indivisible
All frequencies from our still core, spherically visible
Such being the structure of our rebooted consciousness
Now pure awareness, one with the That Oneness

Shifting coordinates

Ascension a treat
What about retreat?
Cognising Oneness
In meditational be-ness
Then the energy warm
While within form
Disconcerting
Interpreted as a warning
Taking a step back, a pause
Slowing down the cause
To consolidate
Assimilate
The energy of Oneness
In our stillness
When we renew our engagement
We may find some abatement
In our enablement
To anew access our prior attainment
By our free will we did choose
Without apology or excuse
To rest a while
So we now accept and smile
In the lower domain of our selection
Unhurried about our ascension
No doer present who desires
Instant ignition of the divine fire
Knowing that in timeless time
We will again entwine
Our limited consciousness
With the That Awareness
Becoming one with the Oneness
In waking staid stillness

The key
Is to just be
Free flowing
Acceptant & allowing
Alive & aglow
Within the sublime flow
Uncaring of depth
Unhurried to be adept
Each coordinate
Does precipitate
Complete connect
With the source of cause & effect
And so
Our choice to go slow
The Universe has respected
Our growth is not deflected
Ecstatic in stillness, wholesome
At any coordinate is welcome
The roots are deep within
Allowing us to anew begin
At any time of our choosing
Upon surrendering all musings
Doubts
That grout
Our consciousness in lower realms
To reclaim the helm
To steer
Without contracting fear
Our transition
From our self created prison
To the sea of Oneness

Ripples in space

During meditational stillness
In the sea of Oneness
Oneness supreme
Awake; not in a dream
In This continuum of perfection
Was introduced a deflection
No doubt pure love emotion
Yet a ripple causing commotion
Indeed ... a ripple
By a request most simple
To consider effecting healing
In a one who was ailing
In the physical
As well as mental
Accepting that prior agreements
For karmic appeasement
May stand dissolved
Request thus made, problem solved
Because ...
The cause ...
Of all causes ...
Ceases, when love pauses
In depth
It’s breath
In the sea of Oneness
During meditational stillness

Slow & easy

Unseeking, unexpectant
Moon crescent
Reflecting the light
With childlike delight

Moon gradually opening
Sunrise dawning
As the intensity increases
Enthusiasm decreases

However, the die is cast
Although the growth seems too fast
As the moon so requested
A shadow over it is deflected

The divine energy potent
The kinetic momentarily latent
Awake or asleep, energy is rising
Moons embraceability surprising

Our staid, acceptant zestfulness
In all time meditational stillness
Welcomes magnetism within rising
Leaving it to the Universe to do the sizing
