I stretch every morning and try and get some running in. I also enjoy taking walks in my free time. :)

I've found regular exercise is more reliable for me when it involves the well-being of another creature, not just myself.
Now that I have a dog, we do a 3 to 4 mile walk most days. Like many others here, I find walking to be both pleasant and meditative.
The fact that the dog loves to walk is icing on the cake. When I pick up the leash for our walk, he jumps up and down with such joy, I can hardly feel hesitant about going through with it. For him, the pleasure of the walk is at the heart of life's meaning!

I do my fair dose of daily exercise... in patience! not much time or motivation fr exercise but when we do have time, we take the little one with on short hiking trails and bunny park... armed with rabbit and bird food... so guess they count as dumbells?

I do yoga for 20 minutes every morning and twice a week I swim for 40 minutes (almost a mile) at the Y. Yoga doesn't feel like exercise but it is--I'm 55, I've been doing it for 28 years and I have more energy and am stronger than most everyone I know.
