Not sure if you literally can't sleep at night,but the last two-three days,my sleep pattern had changed.
There's a feeling of 'tension' if this is the correct word i can use,and i found my self being highly energetic all day long.

My sleep pattern is a bit like the numbers. Goes in phases. For a few nights I sleep straight away, but only for about 2/3 hours then I'm awake for 2or 3 hours before finally nodding off again. And then I have a rew nights where it takes me 2/3 hours to actually get to sleep. And I'm always awake early whatever the sleep pattern. |

Boils down to that question again. Are we these bodies or a soul. Staying grounded, avoid seeking out more magic (for the time being at least) because isn't this magical enough!
If someone is sensitive they'd have to be careful what they're taking in also. May seem boring, but keeps things steady. If something doesn't seem right, don't go along with it. You're the filter to decide. Get what you want yourself. Start with something small. Although money isn't what it's about imo.
Anxiety will cause may things, sleep disturbance for one.

Hi Lomax... This thread is brilliant by the way. I think what John means is see everything through the innocent eyes of the child. Children don't question things. They just accept. If we adopt the same approach as adults we've cracked it. ( I think your English is excellent btw)... |
