Energy on the spine

Hello
There is something that sometimes I feel on my spine, it's like energy on the spine, and is accompanied by a sense of wellbeing. Does that have to do anything with the chakras or the kundalini?

Definitely could be kundalini or just an aura chakra —- do you recognise what root chakra it’s coming from or just your spine? Could be well ‘well being’ or your body saying your ‘ok’ if there’s energy could be your heigher self downloading something? As long as it feels ok that there’s no discomfort...

I think it's coming from the spine... It feels OK... no disconfort

The first chakra, or root chakra, is Muladhara in Sanskrit, and called is ‘nestled’ in the base of the spine. It represents our source of physical stability and basic needs on this earth such as nourishment. Collaborating organs are the spine, skeletal system and immune system. Lately, I feel it on the bottom of the spine, but in the past I have felt it going up.

That is wonderful!

Like observing the breath and simply letting it breath. Simply take time to observe this energy and let it move. This energy is what makes your breath move and much more. Listening to it and letting go will open you so many doors into the more and more subtle.

It is prana moving up the sushumna nadi. Gradually, as kundalini expands, it becomes stronger and more continuous.

It can be very powerful sometimes! Sometimes I wonder what happens to all that prana because it's just shooting out through the crown and the hands and heart. :)

I have been getting these sensations on and off for the last few years. And so I've been told, it is kundalini related. As you say the sense of well being is very much sometimes. It varies in intensity. Incredibly nice at times, calming and relaxing. The whole thing has been a very big deal for me.
