Generally, nightfall began when 3 stars are visible in the sky. I generally see some stars before sunset. I used to show people how to see Venus in the day time. Most people do not think this is possible, but it is.
Actually, when 3 stars are visible is the latest time for nightfall. It is not the earliest.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

And that "someone new" needs to be someone who believes the crucifixion took place on the 6th day of the week with a 1st day of the week resurrection, and who thinks that the "heart of the earth" is referring to the tomb or at the earliest to the moment when His spirit left His body, and who tries to explain the lack of a 3rd night by saying that the Messiah was employing common figure of speech/colloquial language of the period.

Since it's again been awhile, maybe someone new looking in may know of examples.

Hi Knight,

You have "hit THE nail on the head!"

If a person's personal doctrinal beliefs inspire them to DO good, then that doctrine IS good [at the very least, for them], REGARDLESS of its composition, e.g. Mother Teresa, etc., etc., etc.

Can the truth of the above sentence really/rationally be argued against?

An author, who's writings I respect greatly, put it this way, "We must give only good...Good means God; it is only the long version of God."

Well done, Sir,

David

Words of wisdon, Squat - Kudos!

Hi Rs,

I am assuming my comments do not have to be on "topic" but only need to relate to the poster [in the thread] that I am quoting.

Best,

David
