What crystals are good for protecting

Hello, everyone I hope everyone is doing good. Can someone please tell me what crystals are good for anxiety also, what crystals are good for protecting you against evil spirits?

Hi Jojo,

I've always used either Amethyst or Aventurine for helping reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.

I take these crystals and pair them with either breathwork or with a long walk or similar movement.

The key to reducing anxiety levels for me has been to shift my focus, manage my breathing, or move my body.

All three seem to work best when used together along with the crystals I mentioned above.
