I dream a lot and had 2 last night that were
really disturbing. Nothing changed in my life, and wonder WHY......

Did you watch any horror or suspense movies or read any disturbing articles online? My husband likes to watch action-type tv shows. His current fav was Seal Team (I think it's been cancelled). And when he is stressed out about something, he'll have really violent dreams. Probably because he watches those kinds of shows. I can't even watch shows like that any more. I watch more comedy than anything these days.

No and even if I still had a tv I would not watch any. My last shows when I watched TV were on Alaska outback and National Geographic programs. And comedies like 2-1/2 Men. |
