GETTING ALONG AFTER BEING BURNED

When somebody of a particular religion hurts you, do you hold the religion responsible?

Please discuss how you handled the situation(s).

Sure I have done it but realizing shortly after
that this is an individual and not a religion.

Then, also forgiving the individual since I have also hurt people
out of my own ignorance. So I understand Life is lessons and
learning. Holding on to hurt really only hurts the holder.

No I personally don't blame the religion.
Is it not your fault?

Hi.. it would depend on whether they had hurt you because of religious beliefs. However if someone of a different religion hurt you in a way that anyone could hurt you then no, you can't hold the religion responsible. I personally don't have a problem with a person's religion, creed, colour etc. There is good and bad everywhere. If I , or anyone I know has ever been hurt , in any way, shape or form it usually has had nothing to do with religion. But obviously that's just my own experience...

I had an incident when a person 'higher up' in one religion, wrote not just one bad check but two bad checks on a business I had just opened up. His actions hurt me. He finally got caught and had to make restitutions.

The part that really upsets me is shortly after I got paid, he had altercations with the Police and they shot him dead.

How did I handle it?

I just shake my head.

The person of a certain religion who hurts another ...
a person wearing a blue shirt hurting another ...
Has nothing to do with the religion or the shirt

The person feeling hurt by another ...
Looks within to see which aspect of him feels hurt ...
Which is ... (no marks for guessing this one!)
