How to prevent accident manifestations ??

This phenomena is something I cannot and haven’t discussed with anyone except people on this forum.

Like I said I used to doubt it was a power or something but usually I brush it off. Cause it makes me nervous

But my question now is how do I prevent accident manifestations ?

For example a few years ago we bought glow in the dark flourescent fish that is beautiful pink , green , blue yellow etc 10 of them. !

They are absolutely beautiful.

One day I think it was 2 years after we got them I was feeling proud of my husband for taking excellent care of them. My Neighbhors couldn’t keep even a single fish alive for more than a week. They had come over so it reminded me how my husband was doing a great job with the beautiful fish.

Suddenly I was like what would have happened if my husband was an irresponsible jerk like my Neighbhors and I was like they would all be floating on top of the water and dead like my neighbors fish.

Suddenly I felt a pain some anxiety scared and I just brushed it off not sure what to do next.

That month my Husband was busy with work. He did not tel me to take care of the fish either. One day one of the fish started acting strange. So I told him. He must have panicked and he put all the fish in cold water without thinking ( he usually leaves water out for 2 days so it’ll come to room temperature before putting fish in )

And you know what happened . 2 days later all the beautiful fish were floating on the top of the tank.

I feel aweful. Even now after it’s such a long time that it happened. But it is a symbol of a problem that I need to fix that is I need to stop these accidental manifestations. How do I stop this ?????
