Sounds like someone that died and is in purgatory. Personally I don't trust anything except angels and ascended masters. I've felt angel's presence but never seen or talked to them. This one seems to be fairly harmless but they do feed off attention.

I don't think its someone who's died judged by their appearance, they don't look like anyone from this planet and claim to live independently on another planet in some kind of "mirror world" to our own. They do seem to be very skilled in all things spiritual, and the feeling I get from them is an angelic feeling, sort of feels like a perpetual love and divineness they give out when I'm communicating with them. Although they say that they're not angel, which means they must be something else...

I used to work in mental health and I tend to err on the side of caution, which is where I'm coming from and everything you say seems to be pointing to a mental health issue. And I'm not saying you're a headcase, by the way, having a mental health issue is actually quite normal. When it's a mental health issue the beings seem to 'reflect' the person and point to their issues your beings are very emotional it seems, does that effect on you in any way?

So if you're ruling out emotional trauma of some kind or some other major change in your Life - that would include coming into your thirties or middle-aged - then I guess what we're left with is actual beings.

Things like this are not unheard of though and there have been reports of people contacting other beings. Myself included, by the way. Yeah, I thought I was going crazy until I met some people who knew what I was talking about. Any number of people channel higher beings of some kind, probably the most famous being Bashar if you want to google him. I wouldn't be too quick to label the connection you have though, really it doesn't help. Just allow it to play through and see where it leads you if you're going to but keep your head screwed on. Being in a meditative state means changing your brain's wave patterns and can allow other beings to come through. The trouble is it can also allow an avatar of your unconscious to come through just as easily.
