. I live in a small micro environment off of lake Michigan. The lake Acts as a huge air conditioner. In the summer time it's like a big cool wall about 5 miles from the lake. When you drive thru the "wall" car windows fog up and it actually feels like your going in or out of an air conditioned building. It's always 15° cooler than anywhere else. The only reason I have air conditioning is to take the edge off the humidity. I hate putting on damp clothes or going into a damp bed. Besides, my wife HATES it hot.

Sounds like mold might be prevalent in some homes in your area.
Mold....... makes me sick.

Hot , but as we say in the valley of the sun , it's a dry heat. Mold does not do well here.

Very cloudy and overcast sun is trying to burn through but it is not much.
I never listen to the weather forecast, i go by the Animals they can sense it better than any piece of machinery.
we were suppose to have had a mini heat wave not here down south maybe.
but there again the kids are saying its hot, to me its just mild,

Oh my, 110 degrees Fahrenheit... we drink (h20) to sweat and then, drink some more water. At 114 degrees, we call it popsicle day!  I am seriously thinking of dinner flavored popsicles!  I think the heat is getting to me. |
