Chakra Cleansing Vision
I did that yesterday with good results.
Imagine a little miniature of your self,armed with a vacuum cleaner,entering the target area to clean and suck everything that needs to be cleared.Then see him doing the work,and let your imagination to guide the vision.
I used that to my third eye area and the spine.

I learnt to do that during intuitive development course but then with 'vacuum' roses that you visualise.
When they're full you move them out of your aura and make them explode so the dense energy can be transmuted and is out of your aura.
But anything goes, as long as it works for you. I've also visualised a leaf blower at some point to clear out chakras, hihi.
