Energy feeling near belly button area

Hello ,
Feeling like break of energy near belly button area in the stomach.Can someone known the reason. Feel like need to get some equilibrium. But why this happening?

the taoists isolated an energy center just below the belly button which they call the 'dan tien'. Some of their meditations focus on it.

They have a lot of talk about movement of energy in the body, which they call 'chi'.

Also the belly button itself is what you used to breath through before you were born, so, breathing exercises can be focused there as well..... they have a specific exercise called 'pre-birth' breathing which is supposed to extend one's lifetime...

above the belly button but slightly below the solar plexus is another interesting energy center...

anyway there is a lot of knowledge about all this, used to be you would train with a master to learn about it but I suppose some of it has leaked into books now

the way i was taught it was efficient to effect it, fasting, then eating cheese/milk... I was young at the time.... at the time i got it I was also lieing down and breathing rapidly and shallowly... at the time it was like, it folded in on itself in a very comfortable way, and started a buzzing in the chest which spread to the rest of the body. Kinda like the feeling when your leg or arm falls asleep lol. I know that is kinda uncomfortable, but, the discomfort is another thing that 'burns off' if I interact with it through breathwork....

I'm only recently getting back to that area, my guides started suggesting I 'push in' on that area.... im getting some mileage out of 'holding my breath' while I do it but don't know if that would work immediately for others as I have a lot of experience over many years with that kind of breathwork....

As Falling Leaves has pointed out, this is the Chi-force or what is also popularly called the kundalini or simply divine energy. There are several chakras or nodes where the energy heightens, becoming cognisable to our awareness. The navel centre is one such vortex.

You may like to read about kundalini and chakras; there are several books on this topic, the most epic perhaps being the work of Gopi Krishna.

If we ask around, we will observe that different cultures explain this differently. That’s alright. What matters is direct experience within and the ability to witness the activation with trust, acceptance and childlike wonderment. In my view, the process should never be forced. If there is discomfort, it signals blockage or resistance, meaning fear/desire related to that particular vibration which corresponds to the chakra where the sensations appear.

You may also like to read about the five sheaths or layers that veil light of Self, since the process is ultimately aimed at removal of all the veils that cage us in ignorance or delusion.
