Learning from difficulties?

I don't welcome difficulties, but my aim is to accept them without resistance.

Same difference/semantics maybe...

And far easier said than done.

However, the more I do it, the easier I find it gets, and the more empowered I feel and the less I suffer.

I have suffered a lot in my life though and feel it has brought me to a point of being more present and less in my head.

It's a process.

My feeling as well and very nicely said imo. But I think we find something more, it being about not creating. Recognized that to. What is the I to do and not do. Ego or self. I have noticed we create difficulties for others. The full lesson.
