The tai chi master
The founder of tai-chi lived for 300 years, he moved around unrecognisable to the tai chi moves of today and leaves were dancing around him in the air he lifted them with energy
To do tai-chi is cultivating energy control and more, and its recommended to practice to align yourself with grandmaster and bond better connection..

no not really. One of their big goals was to live longer. If leaves would dance around in the air around him why couldn't he have figured out how to live longer?

I would not care to much about the 300 years.
I practised Tai Chi and later Chi Gong to connect myself with my higher self , divine self. Which I did. It took me almost 20 years of practice.
