Feeling The Need To Fight

I suppose it could be because I feel I dont get enough attention. Also I have a strange fascination with super heroes and they are always fighting. Whenever I try being assertive no one listens and does what I say so I've given up on being assertive. Just not sure how to get my opinion across. So tired of people being so hurtful and not being able to do anything about it. I guess that could also be why I feel this need to fight.

Remember, everything from within this Universe is connected. When you hurt someone by hitting or saying something.. you are hurting yourself. Notice that when you help another you feel better and more connected.

I agree that everything is connected, but also everything is separated in the physical realm for a reason.

True everything is connected but I find that hard to believe sometimes in this world.

"Connected" doesn't mean "in agreement", doesn't mean "friendly", it is just a connection: you can observe everybody / everything, and everybody / everything observes you . The interesting is that they observe you how you believe you are.

The Universe is in expansion and individualization, not contraction and lack of differentiation.

Being an Empath it's really hard on me if I hurt someone or something intentionally. I feel it for days and weeks after. You have to decide yourself if what I'm doing will be good for the entire group or just yourself.

Not being an empath, I don't want to comment on what you're feeling.

My post came from the perspective of my view of what reality is, the wider reality and the physical reality's place in it.

I believe that we are non-physical entities that are on and off focused into the physical reality framework, in order to practice conscious reality creation, and evolve. We reincarnate, we sleep, we go in and out multiple times a day, mostly unaware of it.

The wider reality is in continuous expansion, and continuous individualization. Everything is "made of" units of consciousness. For example, in the physical minerals, plants, animals, humans are potentially in contact (there's no hiding), although their focus is much more limited, as needed for whatever they're involved in. Each unit of consciousness has its own awareness and free-will, which makes them connected but separated.

In my view we, all the units of consciousness, keep evolving, expanding and "sprouting" into more and more such units, connected but separated in their awareness and free-will.

Each unit strives toward fulfilling its potential, which is infinite.

I believe that "oneness" and such concepts are misunderstandings.

Well, I'm an Empath that grew up in New Jersey lol. I have some thick skin in there. You know.. your explanation really resonates with me. I've often thought about that concept. Another thought I've had.. it's possible our souls intertwine when we return home. Thereby we get a little mix of everything in the next life.

I've never thought about that but now you got me curious too what happens when we die. Lately though I've been thinking more about what it is that keeps us alive. Is it really true that there is some energy in me that is able to connect to the rest of the universe. I honestly don't know, but there is obviously something keeping me alive.

no matter how unfair life is, no matter how unloved we are, no matter how badly others treat us, no matter what horrible things happen to us, we can hold on to love and faith. that's where the power is. fighting and hating or being bitter is easy, there is no power there, but to be beaten down, to lose, and still get up and be love, to forgive all, to accept all god gives, to not let anyone or anything take us from our love, that is a superhero.
