Hi Lynn, glad to hear you have a good idea what it is. That is half the battle sometimes. Even finding the right doctor can be challenging, at least here in the states. Hopefully you can heal with the exercise and treatment. I appreciate all you do here. Thank you...  |

Hello
I met with physio today and we have a game plan in mind. I too suddenly have a Work Safe Claim number for some reason. That will cover 6 weeks of the treatments. I hope that its approved so that I can move forwards faster.
I have a lot of work to do but I can do the exercises he has in mind. LOL they are done at the kitchen counter of all places.
Once the public pool is open again I have a plan for there as well. That will be October. I am working part time for now. Will see how that goes.
What I have learned is that the body comes first. I am getting older and I do not want to be un mobile ! I will keep moving.
