Guided Meditation Using Tool Music
I did a little mixing and put together a couple Tool songs to create a guided meditation. The music is the guide and you are what will be explored. I recommend making sure you won't be disturbed for about 45 minutes to an hour, use headphones, close your eyes and enjoy.
