If I by any means do yoga set that target a specific place of the body; be it the navel center or the sacral chakra - a few hours go by or I wake up the next day and it'll be heavily congested or blocked... the same issue emerges for all of the other body parts with major energy centers.
In the beginning it was big issue opening up the heart cause most often I would become sick.
Almost the same thing occurs when I go to the gym and do a workout on the abdomen... the next day or two days later that area will be blocked.
Anyone with a little insight or a few pointers to stir me in the right direction to tacle this phenomena would be appreciated greatly.
