So just to conclude here 'for now' from the previous message - as this is on going as we all know in 2022.

They are hurting in many countries, with this fiasco, and all the doom spread over the media, many people are standing up and shouting 'this is not right' for us and those kids of the future - problem is 'not enough' get involved, but numbers are growing - too many think occasionally though oh God will sort it, or they think maybe God doesn't exist - usually one or the other.

But don't just expect because God is involved everything is going to be ok - free will is in play, the future's not not written 'yet' - 'we have to earn this' one little battle at a time - learn to rest and listen, so you don't go full steam ahead in the wrong direction so to speak, to what you should be.

Yesterday as preparing writing here, taking my time 13 -13 on the clock Archangel Metatron great ally - then I clear my mind with other jobs, and re read it and 14 -14 on display....... Then on another clock later 333, and 10 -10 later still, I get a lot of those - and those were just the times I looked - then today 12 - 21 on the 12th to one second, that happens so many times at important moments, approval from spirit... Same as songs, dreams, bzz in the mind/brain - message think and listen, spirit is here guiding...

The times when resting, ive thought what a great idea, why didn't I think of that before, or indeed sooner - team work you/me on the ground / God / Guides / Angels / Higher Self / guiding - and we make a move and our personal 'spiritual support' assigned to each of us shouts not that way, but we don't hear / learn to listen...

The saying God moves in mysterious ways, that is a fact... I think Jesus came to me last night - he did once before on here after 'shouting from the rooftops' and writing on here that it was written wrong about Him all those years ago... Well last night I had this dream, i'm to write about him on here, and I woke up thinking 'but what' - its just come clear He came to me, but didn't see him like the last 2 times - and I did write earlier as instructed about his passing from Earth.

They tried and did dictate back in the Roman days - saying Jesus passed on a cross as shown different here on the first 2 pages on this Metatron thread - King James tried to say different in his Bible, but no one listened... Don't let them dictate, step at a time, little / large peaceful battles wisely... Just to cover the forum and me - jab or no jab 'your choice' as it should be.

When listening to your gut feeling or spiritual 'clear knowing' as I get - and as these are important times 'so can you' - remember to keep your energy vibrations 'vibes' high so you're getting messages, the 'gut feeling' from the correct source, eg your Higher Self - you can look up online how to do this - smile, laugh, some time in nature, be strong.

Just looking up now, saying this ok my Angels - and job done from me for now... Remember though it's you 'the self' who must decide if ideas that come to mind are good...

So, go and write those history books for those people of the future everyone involved - make it happen for those future generations ahead who don't get a say, but you do... And our song Spaceman coming runner up to Ukraine in the Eurovision song contest is a wow anything can happen, so think, push - I put this message on many Freedom Fighter groups yesterday -

I'll take that as approval from God and all in the spirit world - although the gentle roar roar has been so much less today my tinnitus has been up all day, now there's 2 reasons for that - either stress/adrenalin from the 3 big messages on here yesterday, and from all the information guidance coming in 'or' Ive missed something.

So after re reading all the words over and over i'm happy with it all - so a bit of gardening and some chess which I find relaxing - and it'll go down by tonight/tomorrow.

So I thought I'll meditate early to see / be told if ive missed anything, nothing - blue from the Holy Spirit was gorgeous - so up, and then I looked on my phone 13 -13 the powerful Archangel Metatron's number / approval... Not only that but a while after looking again 13 - 31 on the 13th - for 1 second, same as the 12 did yesterday changing instantly - there's some coincidences for all in the busy world - I know how do they do that.

Before he came to me one morning showing his Metatron's Cube with 13 circles, ive written about it on here somewhere, I had been seeing 13 so many times a decade ago, this worried me before he came to show me.

So lucky 13 - approval from all - message delivered to so many out there - ball's in your court everyone 'with guidance' - Stay Strong, think/plan wisely, and get this page link out to other people...

I'm going to write on here again tomorrow, and on the song thread again - something sent to me... I just want to add this first, explaining how messages can be sent to people in peaceful battles for God's free will - so they don't get missed...

My 5 years of mind'body'spirit research began in 2017 - I was a car mechanic for decades, then a web designer, those web skills have been useful I can tell you 'in battle'... My main guidance as I now know from the Holy Spirit started early 2017 a few months after the vision in church - and you don't get an email saying do this do that, no........... As the saying goes God moves in mysterious ways, and that's a fact.

I have a big love of my church, and when I delivered 30/40k church invitation flyers to shops in town - many times every 3 weeks, over nearly a decade now, when I was weary before my mind strength research - it felt like God was holding me up by the shirt collar when walking and delivering invitation flyers to 100 shops for display on counters.

So early 2017 I got tap tap tap at the bedroom window every morning, I asked my wife can you hear that tapping, no just me then 'every morning' then saying this is spiritual, so I did a month's spiritual research and tapping stopped, so did I, then tap tap tap, here we go again - all skills given to me in preparation for now this battle/war we are in, same as many others worldwide will have been taught in preparation. and sent for one thing and another to help...

I'll just update all here interested... By the way this Metatron page counter is getting a move on, thank you 'to all' who've been sharing the link from 'everyone involved worldwide' stronger together... I had been tweaking the wording my website 'again' to especially focus mainly on our MP's, and saying what they've achieved here with normality - its important as we are about to appoint a new leader in government and of course all my lovely friends here, and also especially Freedom Fighters worldwide - refresh the main page when looking returning visitors.

So as ive updated it all - a few hours later I start to get tense head, Ive mentioned this before, so now i'm thinking this is same as when I get tense wrist/foot as Ive mentioned about before on here - God speaking, rest / listen.

A couple of days ago I was thinking no plans at the moment, I had sent 60 emails out to MP's I can do no more - and a song came on the radio with words as I passed the radio downstairs, exact words came out - 'the only way is up' it inspired me - there's then another, Abba song 'sent to me' to put on here shortly, i'm going to write about that one on the song in your head thread.

Then after bath I start to hear roar roar quite prominently - so after I decide to rest my mind and listen, as in the gut feeling / clear knowing - and all of a sudden I'm thinking email many other MP's 'of all parties this time' with my website, message below - because getting it out to all of them might stop some boat rocking, as we don't need that - we need strength in all parties - on side.

I have emailed 200 MPs now the last few days of all parties... I'm going to put a message on here later or edit this one, with a link to my/our Lounge page thread for chatting...

Many people here in our country 'on the ground' so to speak are complaining - and yes fuel/energy is a problem here 'and' worldwide, but we've done so much our country as a unit, a bit battle weary yes - as in all explained on my website.

Email as sent to 200 MP's - and I had some decent replies...

Yes in other countries you've got Biden, Trudeau and other leaders, there's some winging about those, and there's some right dictators out there worldwide and they've got fuel prices going through the roof, same as we have... If any/many Freedom Fighters would like to join us - I/we have a thread on here where you're welcome to share what's happening there in your country, and links to what's going on....

So not to discuss the great reset, or saying stupid things like they're all the same in control, because they're not - ive had replies from many of them 'they feel the pressure' and people forget we got normality here, and 'we can elsewhere' the worldwide fightback has to start somewhere - it could be here if people join us.

So positive input is what we need, there's only a few of us on there worldwide, with me doing the majority of work - I/we need allies worldwide or I'm going back to spending more time on the NHS and UK truckers groups - I'll still will be on there if this gets busy, but I go where the support is with this - allies...

Hi, a message to all those interested in keeping some normality here in the UK through to the New Year and beyond, and for those young people of the future... I'm sending this out to 100 MPs today.

If a group of wealthy people were to group together, say to sell jabs for example - they would create their fear in the autumn when people in our Great Country are vulnerable.

We need to make sure we have a strong Prime Minister in place with good MPs support 'not one on science's side' but on ours 'the people of the country' and so one in power who can be strong to resist against fearmongering / controlling / dictating as in other countries through science's advisors, or it will all kick off again here, stay in / hiding / masking up, instead of being strong and getting on with it.

Sometimes making decisions is like treading on eggshells, as it feels with me writing this again to MP's, and suggesting it could happen, this 'created fear' by the media - but it could, and I love my country... If science specialists and media start upping their game, saying covid is coming for you, and 'that fear' transfers to people's minds weakening millions of immune systems - then they will undo all our hard work you/we did here in England / UK.

It's a difficult balance for you to get right - advising people to keep some common sense with colds/flu but not fearing having it, difficult one to advise on - because people do get frightened and hurt with infections and jabs.

So we got normality back after all the fearmongering in 2020/1 - positive adverts on TV and radio will help keep people strong up to New Year, simple mind strength smile / stay positive ad's - we should stay strong for people now, and those young people of the future.

I've been emailing 50 MP's so far today as below - I share this here because 'it's an idea' that others can use worldwide, battling for God's free will - feel free to copy text / links etc and send to people in power in the country where you are - here we've got a lot of complaining about energy price rises, as they will be in other countries - but as I suggest to many MP's on my website, get some off the multi millionaires and the billionaires to help top things up while we get through this, and move on stronger / wiser.

I've got a very unusual message to put on here in a day or two, that relates to something I mentioned many pages ago on this thread - nice to see the Angels page so busy here...

Our country, thanks to so many MP's here in England, is a world leader in common sense, after all we've been through and learned this last 2 years - I'm emailing this message out to 50 random MP's, feel free to pass it on.

Would you be interested in looking at these headlines, on many issues here on this newspaper link... We need to be so careful who is in power next to keep this good work going with more normality here in the UK than other countries, and getting on with life - and write those history books for the kids now and of the future, who don't have a say in this.

I've had these notes written down ready to write on here for a week now, i've just been pondering having a think and learning...

So what do we all know and can share here regarding Spiritual Flu / Ascension Flu and Spiritual Tinnitus... I had written briefly about this flu possibility on page 13 here - effecting myself and 'some' Freedom Fighters, and with all this battling causing personal health issues.

There are many Freedom Fighters with slight cold/flu related issues 'that doesn't seem right' and millions of jabbed up people - we've discussed this on FF groups before, saying something had been created with all the rushing / messing, or as now knowing it can be health issues created with all the battling, pushing for God's free will for those those young people of now and the future.

The Holy Spirit came to me last night, and no we don't always get instructions in voice / text - its for us to work out... But I was shown a vision after He came / not a dream, a vision of my little dog standing at our front door, and door open wide - now that could be a message for me to be careful locking the door - but because of the timing, its more likely a door opening with knowledge.

I've had this sinus issue since the beginning of time 'well this year' it went completely for 3 days using mind power as written on the lounge link then returned but much milder - even tried meds 'first time in 5 years' that didn't work - i've got it more under control now, but something still doesn't add up - I've now come across some information for people battling and going through awakening.

It says it can be because you're being upgraded spiritually - and i've/we've been through a lot of that already on here with spiritual awakening... Please share your knowledge / thoughts / comments on this - It says sinus / and stress in the crown 3rd eye chakra and ''so many other issues'' can suddenly appear - and yes I know about grounding / balancing.

The other thing when reading 'I knew was right' was a reply from someone on the mellissa website, absorbing negative energy in battles - ''Clearing of Fear Based Energies'' - that was it, the needle in the haystack was found... The other day when I hadn't found info the roar roar was nearly constant, gentle, but you're missing something, now sorted.

So this spiritual flu can go on for as long as it isn't addressed and corrected - with reading all those aggressive 'negative vibes' messages regarding the mess created by greed merchants - and fighting the hurt with all this dictating worldwide, and writing those hard hitting words from all of us, so remember some smile time - Stay Strong there...

Today will be a little tester, heatwave, grandkids and snivelling slightly, nice combination - lol the youngest little one is a tester, in the can I have / give me mode, worn them out yesterday though - so today no, ask your nan... Lol I was busy playing yesterday and on dish duty, and getting up for a cup of tea early today, I glanced in their room - I could see them on the bed asleep '''rebooting''' as I passed, enough little ones - a little time off, ive writing to do.

Let's take a step back - from do your bit as they said in the war days, and 'I have' - and spend time resting, conserve energy, as stated on the tiger post ready for autumn / phase 2 of science and the media fearmongering here in the UK / worldwide.

I wrote on the NHS group yesterday, after many weeks easing right off on Facebook, so helping someone with a athletes foot issue - and I hear roar roar for the first time during yesterday exactly as I wrote - not approval, but to back off / rest head / reboot the system - I just knew this... But I am meant to write here today on SF's - share knowledge, but steady.

So steady, conserve energy - awake at 7 this morning, just before the kids and wife then shortly after continual roar roar gently / not loud - then as happened 'so many times' ten mins later like nostril one side or the other is hot / fired up, and ready to sneeze - there's something I should be doing during that time after the roar roar, and (i'm missing what) 'something' astral travel / teaching, I get the feeling - so anyway up I get, cup of tea and I start jotting these notes down for here.

Reoccurring dreams / sonic boom as I named it ie exploding head syndrome as science calls it, is not always medical, can well be - but strong 'option' possible message from Higher Knowledge to listen or 'do something' / tinnitus / gut feeling / restless leg syndrome / frozen leg/arm/hand in the night, like no circulation / grumbling tummy / tense wrist in the day / God / Jesus / Holy Spirit and now the sinus issue, as all aforementioned is sorted, understood and clear - answers will come with the cold/flu/sinus issue that is 90% of the time very mild now.

All this went on to teach me, to share with others, who may get one or more of these issues...
