I found MANY answers and clarity reading parts of Robert Schwartz' books. (3 so far). If you are not a book buyer -
you can start with his many interviews on youtube...not as good as the books, of course.
Rule of thumb: "Nothing is what it seems." Lemme know.

Hi Miss Hepburn,
Thank you for your reply and I appreciate your insight.
I think one of the answer is I may over react to things, impatience, I may have to strengthen my self.
I have edited my post as I do think I over inflate things in my mind too and only look.at negatives.

I think it is fair to say that your posts do seem to focus on the negative and the difficulties you have faced.
As Byron Katie would say, who would you be without your story? You tell yourself a story about your life, you believe that story, and so you suffer.
What would happen if you let go of your story and simply lived in the present, free from all the baggage you carry around with you?
