The pressing with me will be my Guides / Higher Self trying to tell me something or messing, its only happened once recently, but lots a year or two ago - fit this jigsaw piece in one-light 'learn' - or possibly the Holy Spirit trying to tell me something in my training, I used to see his energy every night before sleep, before accepting all that was going on with the belly rumbling, all discussed on the Angels page.

It won't be anything negative if vibes are high for either of us - I was trained in research, started with tap tap tap every morning outside my window, stopped when I started learning, 5 years of mind'body'spirit research now - and along the way I learned online, to say in mind or voice - clear my space and house space - only high vibrational beings allowed in here.

I once thought I had a dark presence in the house a year ago, It turned out it was the stapler in the next room going off lol - well that night thinking something's here - lying there in the darkness, and I started shooting light tiles out in my mind, going in every direction, didn't mean to, it just happened - be gone with you darky lol...

That made me laugh. That reminds me laughter is the best medicine as they say and it does not cost anything.
I never thought the pressure feeling could be higher self trying to tell you something. I guess I will never know.

Yes my friend, laughter is the best form of medicine, an old saying that, and a true one 'lifts the vibes' - the hippies we're all saying in the 60's 'its all in the vibes man' and they were right - so the stapler is old and it only did it once that night making its racket - what was that - - - and an old saying again and in a song, we don't get fooled again lol - and keep smiling...

I think I am getting a message as to why I always get a strong pulling feeling on my forehead when I meditate. I feel I need to keep my concentration on my forehead and when it starts to relax then I know I can ap. Until then I have to be patient. When my forehead starts to relax I often miss the sign that is when I fall asleep. I have to keep my concentration on that area. It does not take me long to get deeply relaxed now. I often hear myself snore so I know I am close to ap.

Only just seen this, I was meditating just and the thought came to mind check AP page - Ive had the odd job to do hear and there, and I forgot, been a bit busy... That sounds a decent idea focusing on the 6th chakra area - I also just remembered because it just happened after seems like ages - a clicking in a bone at one side of the nose somewhere, almost like message to do something in med.

Lol hearing yourself snore, I can relate to that - when I am busy I can say to my Angels, don't let me sleep in med ive work to do, and they'll wake me immediately I nod with a bzzz sound in my mind.
