Hearing music
I have been hearing music for years now and there's no physical music nearby. Interesting.

There could be many reasons you hear music it doesn't say its spiritual.

The music is of a happy and peaceful tone, upbeat, soft, calm, mellow, classic, and singing. That is what I am hearing right now. Or it would be something else perhaps tinnitus.

I have tinnitus and an acoustic neuroma but music isn't a recognised feature of tinnitus. Doesn't say it isn't but I'm not aware of it. Do you hear any other, discordant sounds?
