I can understand you want to do other things so it is easy to keep putting it off. It is good to get into a routine then it becomes a habit. Choose a time then keep to it.
To get into a routine that becomes a habit. That's great :)
But to get results it is really more in depth than building a mechanical habit, and doing a mechanical technique (I know that from experience over 2 years now)
Those are good tools to use, but there is something more fundementally important than techniques and habits
That is the BEING LEVEL, or the "heart" (without this fundemental first, the techniques won't work most of the time)
- A being level/heart that is free from fears and ego.
- A being level/heart that wants to get helped by those individuals whose development are greater than your own
- A being level/heart that wants to help and do constructive choices because it has sympathy and care to other beings in order to do good
The moment you have that change into the being level, getting out of body will slowly start to happen when you're finally ready and at the best time for you.
Focus on the fundementals first, then everyday at 4:00am do the techniques with this type of enlightment atittude like a DAILY HABIT.
