Anyone who has seen their Chakras

I'm not sure.
When I used to believe chakra's were "real" I did many a visualization to clear, purify and nourish them. At times I felt them, I noticed the air around them vibrate and my "3d eye" if you will showed me messages to convey their level of health or a area of life that needed work.

Then I learned / discovered that the chakra are much more of a way to talk about certain aspects if life/mind etc that impacts the body. And stepped to the more eastern / chinese medicine way of discovering the body/mind.

The 3 dan tien and the accupuncture points and meridians have become more prevelant in my awareness and I am able to see /feel and work with them more easily that I ever could with the chakra.

In the end it made me realize that none of them are set in stone or more real or unreal than the other. Thinking about energy centers in and around the body can take myriads of shapes, colors and forms. None of which are set in stone, but useful on their own to explore a part of the whole..
