Keeping your small talk to a minimum is another great strategy to prevent getting found out lying. Reduce the likelihood that you'll say something dubious or that your body language will reveal you by saying only what is absolutely necessary.

. I am trying to understand this whole post here. To me it just seems like you're trying to justify and even glorifying a an old fashioned lie. A lie as in not speaking or living a truth. In the post terms we are all a "L.I.E." because we're all living intelligent energy. So is this post just sugar coating a lie in normal everyday term's?

I think this depends on the person. to me The truth is an actual fact.
A lie is something that has no substance it does not exist.
but some people lie all the time in their minds it is the truth.
