I am doing chakra reiki daily but why my chakras are not activated?

How did your attunement go? Do you sense any flow of energy? How long have you been doing reiki? These may be useful things to mention.

I have done 1st degree and 2nd degree of reiki ist degree reiki in 2013 and 2nd degree in year 2015 but after taking 1st degree of reiki I don't do any reiki but in year 2015 I started meditation and also achieved 2nd degree of reiki but in year 2017 I started practing reiki specially it's 1st degree course but in 2019due to mild depression I stopped reiki for 3 to 4 months after that I started doing reiki but due obesity my atuenment energy is lost and my chakra get blocked because now a days still I do reiki I don't see various aura colurs like green, orange etc properly with open eyes as I was seeing them properly in year 2017 and 2018 and i do not flow any sense of energy.

No I don't feel any sense of energy.

Your chakras are working. You'd be very sick or worse if they weren't. Do you practice pulling energy up into your body? It can take time before you become sensitive to energy again. Don't give up. Keep at it on a daily basis. Maybe at bedtime before you go to sleep.

Here's an exercise you can try: Visualize energy being pulled into the bottoms of your feet. Stay there concentrating/visualizing the energy coming into your feet until any sensation at all and then move up to your ankles, focus until you feel something and then keep moving up until you get to your root chakra. As you send energy to your root chakra visualize that energy a brilliant red, stay focused until you feel anything (tingling, warmth, cold, etc.), then keep working your way up your body sending the energy up your spine and stopping at each chakra and visualizing that color. When you get to your crown, visualize the energy coming out at the top and then cascading down and flowing back into the bottom of your feet. Do even deep breaths while you are doing this exercise. Do it daily or nightly as it were.
