Why doesn't visions pop up when I really want it to?

I do believe I have medium-ship abilities.

I often have spirit talking to me in one-word or words. Sometimes the exact voice of that person talks. The first time is in 2017.

I have visions too, an image just pops up. And these happen spontaneously.

I do not have a vision when I want the vision to happen, I seek for it to happen however it does not. Maybe I should just relax and not focus on the question too much?

There are different very natural ways we receive divine insights. Some are visual and others are kind of auditory.

Relax yes but stay reflective. I like to practice self talk like conversations with my guides.

Yeah, i know about that. It has to be right chemistry of atmosphere and environment, moment, situation and you get something. Flow of energy maybe? Maybe you would need to figure it out how to artificially make this flow- that i don't know how.
I wish it would be easier to tune into that state when i want to know something, but it is also true, that then i would like to know everything sooo.... :) How do you define, what is really important so you don't misuse all of this..
