I think there's so called paranormal powers out there that can be explained psychologically. How much IDK. As this is the Science & Spirituality section it would be fitting to share it here. Derren Brown is known to be someone skilled with magic and psychology and knows how to fool people, and make them think that he has special powers.

If I watch it as a lazy consumer I might come to the conclusion that Derren Brown is a psychic, but when I look more closely and pause moments and listen to his words than it becomes very clear how he can trick others and claim to have 'psychic powers'. I suspect it is very intuitive (or quite rational, as in Derren's case who learns to do it deliberately), but not out of this world.
