Yes, @utopiandreamchild, I would agree with that assessment.

The one healer who used love told the entities/spirits that they could stay if they wanted to. I was like, NO, they cannot! They are disrupting my entire life and they're scaring me!!!! Some of these spirits were murderous, and wanted to cause harm to my husband!!!! AND to me! They were moving my body and speaking through me, causing all sorts of confusion for me as to who I even am!!!

NO THANK YOU. It took a much stronger healer who works with the Arch Angels to get them to leave. They cannot be given a choice - the only choice they can be given is to leave.

Honestly? They are bullies. I was fighting to own my own body. They kept trying to claim ownership over my body, saying it's their body. For a couple of weeks, I did not know where or who I was anymore. They bullied me.

So, yeah. They were constantly speaking through me, and moving my body for me. I no longer owned my body, which was the freakiest most unnerving experience. Holy moly.

Even when I am not channeling, I get harassed by spirits/entities. They're still around and they still attach themselves to me. It's because I have vices, I do believe. I have to get rid of them on a daily basis.

LoveWater I am not sure if someone has said the same as this or similar but perhaps it could work. As much as you can think of love and feel it in your heart. Keep thinking you love everyone. By doing that the entities will not have any more fun so they will take off and disappear. It is worth a try. Also it is important not to think of negative things as the entities will be attracted to it.

Thank you for the advice. It is good advice, though I am a very emotional and feeling type of person - I feel every emotion and strongly, for good or for bad. So when negative things happen, I can have very negative thoughts. It's like I cannot help it.

I also know that smoking attracts them. I smoke cigs daily, and aim to quit very soon, but this lowers one's energy vibration, which then attracts them. So does alcohol, which I drink, and so do recreational drugs. So my current lifestyle habits do not support channeling very much.

Hi, I just wanted to encourage you - it may seem like you don't have control of unwanted thoughts...but you can. Start small;
watching exactly when a neg thought comes in and actually say, "No".
Think of something else - pleasant.
I compare it to when we see something on TV we're not interested in or dislike we turn the channel.
It takes practice to keep saying, "No" ...
as if talking to the thought as a 'thing', but it gets easier and you get your power back.
I always say we have the steering wheel in our hands.

Thank you, Miss Hepburn. I like this approach - I do generally try and change negative thoughts to more positive ones, but there are times when the negative pulls me down. I will keep working on this.
