Rumar... We are talking about two different kinds of cords. One is a 'pulling yourself out of body" method via an imagined or astral energy cord.
The other is an energetic cord between two people who have been bonded and at least one of them now wishes to clear the energy between them. The purpose is for healing and releasing.
