Lighter - probably because you got rid of some gunk that was attached to your aura ad lazy because now you need some good sleep to refresh you

Lazy could be another word for super relaxed?

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Think about carrying a heavy load on your back, a bag full of books as you walk all the way across campus, or the 5 bags of groceries that you insist on carrying all at once. You are finally able to release your load (set it down), and you feel lighter, relieved, but you also feel "lazy." You are in no rush to pick up another load, or go back downstairs to get more groceries. The salt helps to draw out the toxic load you've been carrying.
