The only real death is the death of delusion. We can however recreate it, being masterful in the art of self hypnosis

Death is the end of a being's existence . Do you remember how it was before you were conceived? It would probably be the same, no awareness. Do you remember what it was like for the 13.8 billion years before you were conceived? That’s exactly what it will be like after you’re dead. The human mind just can’t contemplate its own non-existence, so someone, a long time ago, came up with the concept of an “afterlife”, so people didn’t go crazy trying to figure out what happens to us after we die. Nothing happens to us after we die - there is no more us.

I understand that death is part and parcel of the whole deal. Any perfection contains death as part of itself.

However what actually IS death? Why is death so pervasive to our condition at the moment. Has something disturbed the natural harmony and made death much more apparent?

Is death the primary obstacle to our happiness?

Death is just another part of our story. It's a constant cycle. We live. We die. We live. we die it's an eternal cycle of life and death and it's beautiful. Amen

Life has an end; the cessation of life is death.
Death has an end; the cessation of death is life.
But consciousness is endless and transcends both.

Right now, we experience death because we identify with a limited instrumental consciousness that is not transcendent by nature or definition.

Therefore “we” or what we identify as “me”, has to take rest from, or review what we experience as life; the limited and limiting consciousness we identify with requires this.

Otherwise if we truly identified with the part of our nature that is infinite and eternal, we would effectively become immortal by transcending that limited nature.

That is the significance of death.

I might add...and it's ours and only ours to own and contemplate and that this too is all to the good.

Peace & blessings

Are you coming back, and if you are, what will you come back as?
