How to Journey?
I haven't Journeyed yet and I'm learning more and more.
I've been talking to a Shaman who has told me all these great books to use when you meet your animals, experiences, the drumming, etc etc.
But I'm unsure exactly HOW to imagine it? I'm a pretty big imaginative kid, I can make great ideas. But what I cant do with my imagination is actually see images.. I can't imagine myself walking around somewhere in my mind. Which is the problem.
How do I go into the cave, hole, or something that takes me deep when I have troubles imagining it. Should I go into the woods and try? And suggestions?

Hi,
Most people use the imagination and never see images, actually hear voices, smell things, or taste something. However they almost always feel or sense something within the body.
The right side of the brain is where the imagination, intuitive, and instinctual area of activity can be sensed. You can pause any where, reflect and experience something.
